Mary Noel Pepys is the concluding voice of Rule of Law Defenders, a joint project of cylindr and the Alliance for American Rule of Law. The project brought together advocates dedicated to advancing human rights and strengthening the rule of law worldwide, while calling on those in positions of power to respect human rights, obey the law, and be held accountable for their actions.
